Can I buy the Commercial Plan online?
Yes. Enter your office floor area, check the service PIN and continue through the online purchase flow. No enquiry is required.
What if my measured area is different?
We explain the corrected fee. Any additional balance is paid, or overpayment refunded, before activation.
Is this available for every business?
The launch Commercial Plan is for offices and corporate offices. Restaurants, retail premises, showrooms and clinics are not included.
When does the membership begin?
After the survey, area settlement and required review. Cancellation is allowed before activation; after activation there is no contractual refund or pro-rata refund, subject to statutory rights.
