No. Any damage already present at your pre-activation site survey is documented, photographed, and excluded from plan coverage.

All advertised prices are shown ex-GST with a complete 18% GST (9% CGST + 9% SGST) breakdown and total payable amount clearly stated before checkout.

Home Plans include 6 service visits per membership year. Commercial Plans include between 6 to 10 visits per year depending on floor area.

Commercial plans are priced per square foot starting at 500 sq ft. The rate falls as floor space grows, protected by our fairness cap so a smaller space never pays more than a larger one.

After buying a Home or Commercial Plan, our care engineer conducts an on-site survey within 48 working hours. Once pre-existing items are catalogued and verified, your 1-year membership activates.

No. The Furniture Plan is sold exclusively through registered furniture showrooms and manufacturers. Ask your showroom dealer to register your new furniture piece or set.

Furniture plan fees start at ₹1,099 + GST per year, based on the verified invoice value of the furniture item or set.
