Refund & Cancellation

You may cancel before your membership is activated and receive the paid membership amount, including its associated GST. Payment alone does not activate the membership.

We measure the registered office during inspection. If the measured area produces a higher fee, we explain the revised price and obtain the additional balance before activation. If it produces a lower fee, the overpayment and associated GST adjustment are refunded before activation.

Once the membership is activated, the plan fee is not refundable and no pro-rata refund is offered. This contractual restriction applies to Home, Commercial and Furniture Plans, subject to rights that applicable law requires us to preserve.

Write to care@sarvshield.com with your membership or order number and payment reference. Refunds are processed within 15–30 bank working days after acceptance of the refund request.

Bank working days mean Monday–Friday, excluding applicable bank holidays in Gujarat. This refund calendar is separate from the service working calendar.

The refund returns through the original payment route to the account used for payment. No cash refund, voucher or substitute payment destination is accepted.

Report service concerns to care@sarvshield.com. Workmanship corrections are handled through the service workflow. Follow the complaint ladder if the matter is unresolved. Data complaints start at privacy@sarvshield.com.

Nothing in these terms removes rights required by applicable law. Your previously accepted document version remains preserved.
