When does my membership begin?

After the survey and required review are complete. Payment alone does not activate your membership; your account shows the activation date.

How many visits do I get?

Your plan card above shows the current annual service visits from the published rate card. Return trips to finish the same accepted work do not create an additional visit.

What should I know before a visit?

Arrange clear, safe access. Read our Terms of Visit for access, equipment, service photographs and respectful conduct.

Can I cancel my plan?

Cancellation is allowed before activation. After activation there is no contractual refund or pro-rata refund, without affecting rights required by law. Read the Refund & Cancellation Terms.
